Transparency Information

Per Article 15 of the EU Digital Services Act (DSA), all providers of intermediary services publish information about their content-moderation activities. As a micro/small enterprise (DSA Article 19), our transparency obligations are reduced relative to large or very large platforms. This page provides our current transparency information and will be updated as our service grows and accumulates reportable activity.
Service overview
GraceMeet is a Christian dating service operated by Nutty Face s.r.o. (Czech Republic). The Service includes user profiles, photos, real-time messaging, and a faith-based matching algorithm. The platform is restricted to users 18 years and older.
Content moderation overview
We moderate user-generated content (profiles, photos, messages, reports) using a combination of:
- Automated systems: AI classifiers detect prohibited content such as nudity, spam, harassment, suspected child sexual abuse material (matched against the NCMEC hash database), and bot accounts. AWS Rekognition Face Liveness is used for optional Selfie Verification (anti-spoof check only).
- Human review: User reports and significant moderation decisions are reviewed by our team. We respond to reports as resources permit; we are a small team and prioritize safety-critical reports first.

Future reporting
As our service grows and we accumulate meaningful reportable activity, we will expand this page with periodic statistics on:
- Notices received under DSA Article 16 (illegal content reports)
- Content moderation actions taken (account suspensions, content removals)
- Use of automated content moderation systems
- Government and law enforcement requests received
- NCMEC CyberTipline reports submitted (CSAM)
We do not commit to a specific publication schedule at this scale; reports will be published periodically as required under Article 15.
