Child Safety Standards
Nutty Face s.r.o. (operator of the GraceMeet app) is committed to creating a safe online environment. Although our application is strictly for users aged 18 and older, we enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding any content or behavior that could endanger children or depicts Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
Zero Tolerance Policy: Any content depicting child sexual abuse or the exploitation of children will be immediately removed, the user's account will be permanently banned, and the incident will be reported to appropriate law enforcement agencies and the NCMEC.
1. Prohibited Content
On the GraceMeet platform, it is strictly prohibited to upload, share, or distribute:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
- Content that sexualizes minors in any way.
- Content that promotes, advocates for, or encourages the abuse of children.
2. Reporting Mechanisms
Users have the ability to immediately report any suspicious content or behavior directly within the app or via email.
How to report abuse:
- In-App: Use the "Report" button located on a user's profile or within the chat window and select "Minor Safety" or "Inappropriate Content" as the reason.
- Via Email: Contact us at support@gracemeet.com. These reports are handled with the highest priority (within 24 hours).
3. Moderation and Enforcement
Our company employs a combination of automated tools and human review to detect and remove inappropriate content.
- All reported profiles and messages are reviewed by our safety team.
- If we identify a violation regarding child safety, we immediately ban the associated device and preserve evidence for investigation purposes.
- We actively cooperate with law enforcement and child protection organizations.
